The ED at Columbia Memorial Hospital has 33,000 annual visits. The ED is a full Medical Staff Department; the Chief of Emergency Medicine is a member of the Medical Executive Committee. The ED serves as Medical Control for the ALS agencies in the region. We have an excellent Electronic Medical Record and an outstanding Quality Improvement Program.
1. Our Group consists of eight Board Certified emergency physicians and five full time physician assistants.
